As revered collectors and style icons, the Duchess and Elizabeth have provided a constant source of inspiration to our work and approach.     • Whether your commission is already emotionally rooted or your intention is to make it that, understanding and capturing that story is at the heart of what we do at Wallis Taylor Jewellery (formerly Natalie Teare). It all starts with a conversation — and meeting this client and hearing her story was an absolute pleasure 🫶. The client had an existing ring that belonged to her much-loved late grandmother. Having listened to stories about this wonderful lady and their relationship, the client revealed that she had often seen a ladybird whenever she thought of her. It was clear, the commission had to involve one somewhere 🐞. The finished piece is stunning and so sentimental: a contemporary ring that compliments her existing jewellery but retains the stones and gold from the original, and all the sentiment that comes with it…with a hidden ladybird on the inside. 18ct white gold, sapphires and diamonds (with a ruby ladybird 🐞, of course).
